  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Care team to arrange for the exchange. Items must be in their original condition and exchanged within 314 days of receipt.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Care team to initiate a return or exchange.

  2. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.

  3. Include a copy of your invoice.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Care team.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

We offer a range of custom snaps that allow you to personalize your jewelry. Please note that custom snaps are made to order and are non-refundable unless there is a defect. Custom orders may take additional processing time of up to 2 weeks.
